Program Name: BedSync Dealer SMS Alerts

Operated By: Redemption Digital LLC, doing business as BedSync (www.bed-sync.com)

BedSync is an all-in-one platform for mattress dealers. Our SMS program sends transactional notifications only — no marketing or promotional messages.

Where It Happens

Registered mattress dealers access their admin dashboard at bed-sync.com/admin.html (login required). In the Settings section, they can enter a phone number for SMS lead notifications. Explicit consent language is displayed inline.

Types of Messages Sent

All messages are transactional notifications only. BedSync does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages.

New Lead Alerts (to dealers) — When a customer submits an inquiry form on the dealer's website
Account Notifications (to dealers) — Important account-related alerts (e.g., subscription status, stale lead reminders)

Message Frequency

Approximately 0–10 messages per week, depending on customer inquiry volume. Message frequency may vary during peak sales periods.

How to Opt Out

Recipients can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

Replying STOP to any BedSync text message
Dealers: Removing their phone number from the admin dashboard settings
Emailing admin@bed-sync.com with subject "SMS Opt-Out"

After opting out, recipients receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless they re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers

Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering BedSync notifications.
