Accessibility Statement

Bed Sync wants everyone to be able to shop this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with disabilities.

What we have done

• Text and buttons are checked for colour contrast, and colours a store chooses are adjusted automatically when they would be hard to read.
• Pages show where the keyboard focus is and start with a “Skip to content” link.
• Images carry text descriptions, form fields are labelled, and pages use headings and landmarks that screen readers can navigate.
• Slideshows can be paused, hold still while you are using them, and stay still if your device asks for reduced motion.
• The site is tested with automated accessibility checks, and checks run again whenever the site changes.

Known limitations

Product photos and descriptions come from many manufacturers, and some may not yet describe every detail in text. Some content from other companies, such as financing applications or maps, is provided by those companies and may not meet the same standard.
